matters. Examples include defending commercial truck drivers and drivers
of rental cars; defending architects, physicians, and hospitals against
professional negligence claims; defending wrongful termination cases
against the State of Alaska and medical professionals; defending negligence
cases against Alyeska Ski Resort and Hilltop Ski Resort; defending the State of Alaska, Department
of Transportation against negligent highway design and maintenance claims;
defending the Alaska Railroad and Municipality of Anchorage against
negligent operation and maintenance claims; and defending the State
of Alaska, Department of Natural
Resources against claims it negligently fought a wildfire in 1996, that
resulted in the loss of over 330 structures. Tried (through verdict)
over one dozen complex civil matters. Member American
