Twenty six
years of both civil and criminal litigation experience defending claims
against physicians, hospitals, manufacturers, and other organizations.
During the past twenty years, tried and won medical negligence, products
liability, wrongful termination, and contract cases against the most
prominent plaintiffs' attorneys in Alaska. While a member of the U.S.
Air Force, defended the only capital murder case brought during
term of service. Mr. Lazar became a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers in 2005. Listed
