Section
The

administrative bodies including the Alaska State Commission on Human
Rights, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the National Labor
Relations Board, and the Department of Labor, Wage and Hour Division.

including defense of wrongful discharge suits, defense of class actions
alleging wage and hour violations, defense of sexual harassment and
